CGDI CG100X programmer has the built-in intelligent algorithm, it can clear crash data on encrypted Tesla airbag module (Part No. 1512876-00-E, MCU: R7F701330) automatically, no need to send the module back to the factory.

Main steps:
Step 1: Read 95M01 EEPROM data
Step 2: Auto-correct crash data
Step 3: Unlock and read 1330 MCU
Step 4: Write repaired data back to the module
Preparation:
Ensure your CG100X software is updated to V2.0.4.0 or above
Prepare CG100X PRO V2 Harness and D1 Adapter

Step-by-Step Operation:
1.Remove the Tesla airbag shell to access the module.
2.Connect CG100X programmer to the airbag module using PRO V2 Cable and CG100X D1 Adapter.

3.On the software interface, navigate to:
Airbag → American car → Tesla → 1512876-00-E → R7F701330 (encrypted)
Then click “Start Operation”.
4.CG100X will automatically decrypt the module, erase the crash data, and write the corrected data.
5.Upon completion, a success message “The data was repaired successfully” will appear on the screen.

6.Perform a DTC re-check to confirm that the crash fault has been successfully cleared.
