CGDI CG100X is able to calibrate mileage on 2022- Mercedes-Benz S450L R7F701529 (HU7) (encrypted) successfully.
Requirement:
- CGDI CG100X ECU Programmer
- CG100X PRO V2 Harness
- D1 Adapter
- HU7 Simulator
- 2 Ohm resistor
- Mercedes-Benz S450Ldashboard module
Procedure:
Start the vehicle and record the original mileage value.
Remove the dashboard and connect it to CG100X using PRO V2 Adapter and D1 Adapter
Install a 2.2 ohm resistor as well
Run CG100X software and navigate to:
Dashboard → European Car → Benz → S-level (W223) → 2022-R7F701529 (HU7) (encrypted)
Complete the mileage calibration.
Reinstall the dashboard into the vehicle after the modification is successfully completed.
Please install and connect CG HU7 Dedicated Simulator to the vehicle according to the “Mercedes-Benz HU7 Simulator Wiring Diagram” in CG100X software
Please make sure to wire according to the colors of the simulator harness.
Verify that the mileage displayed on the dashboard matches the modified value.
