CGDI K2 Smart Key Tool supports modifying mileage on BMW keys by reading and editing key data. Follow the simple guide below to operate.
Turn on CGDI K2
Use the “Read Transponder” function
Put the BMW key into the coil of CGDI K2 key tool
Identify the key (it’s ID49)
Click “More” to identify successfully
Select “Edit” to change the mileage
(e.g. original mileage: 79778, new mileage: 66666)
After writing, confirm if the new mileage is changed.
