Customer Problem:
I used CG FC200 to clone my Audi MED 17.1.1. It was not showing any error. It wrote “clone successful”, but on the vehicle, it started and cut with ‘SAFE’ on the cluster. On the vehicle, it was written SAFE on the replacement unit, and the car started and died within seconds.

The possible cause is that the P-flash file is bad.
You’d better send both D-flash and P-flash data to the CG engineer or tuners to modify P-flash.
Then you can write the modified P-flash data to the replacement ECU.
After that, your car should start normally.
