How to clone MED17.5.20 VAG (Volkswagen & Audi & Skoda & Seat) ECU with CG FC200 Programmer on bench?
It can clone the whole files (Flash & EEPROM) not only IMMO data (VIN PIN CS MAC) extracted from Old to New … and worked good.
CG FC200 VAG MED17.5.20 Pinout Diagram:
Follow the diagram to connect FC200 and ECU correctly
Supply power to FC200 ECU Programmer and connect to computer via USB cable
Run FC200 software to select the corresponding ECU model:
Volkswagen (VW)>> BOSCH MED17.5.20 TC1766
Backup the original data of old and new ECU separately
Identify the ECU info, and then start to clone ECU
Load the original PFLASH file to write into the new MED17.5.20 ECU
If the file verification error, you need to correct the file first, and then write data after erasing automatically.
