As the CG server has been faulty recently, many customers opened CG100 software and met this problem: the device service end date has not expired, but the software prompts “Software is unauthorized and cannot be used…” and asks you to renew. (as shown below).
If you have this problem, please do not worry, follow the steps below and then it will be OK.
Open software>> Settings>> Server Connection >> Choose the server one by one
For example: First choose Mainland China, and then restart the software. If the China server does not work, then choose the Asia Pacific, Americas, Europe, and Middle East/Africa servers one by one.
*Every time you switch servers, you need to restart the software!
The above solution also applies to other CGDI devices such as CG100X, CG FC-200, etc.
