CGDI K2 Smart Key Tool can copy ID48 96-bit chip, generate NXP smart remote, wireless remote and wired remote perfectly.
PART I
Copy ID48 96-bit Chip
Navigate to Chip Identification Copy-> Decoded Copy-> 48 (96 bits) online calculation
Read the instruction carefully.
Then start copying.
Step 1: Prepare the Original Key
Insert the original mechanical key into the induction coil.
(Note: Copying smart keys is not recommended.)
Step 2: Data Collection
Place the CGDI K2 antenna near the car’s ignition coil.
Repeat the following four steps to collect data:
- Insert the original key.
- Turn on the ignition.
- Turn off the ignition.
- Remove the key.
CGDI K2 will now collect the necessary data.
Step 3: Server Calculation
Once the software confirms “Collection Completed,” reinsert the original key into the induction coil.
CGDI K2 tool will connect to the server for calculation.
Processing time: 2–10 minutes.
You can exit the interface during this time—the tool computes automatically.
Step 4: Retrieve & Verify Results
Select “48/96 Bits Online Calculation” and click “Query Last Result.”
Verify the original key data. (If verification fails, simply retry.)
Step 5: Copy Data to a New Chip
Insert a blank ID48 96-bit chip into the designated slot.
The tool will transfer the data, completing the cloning process.
Final Verification
Compare the Key ID of the original key and the cloned chip.
Original Key: 08 CA2 A95
Cloned Chip: 08 CA2 A95
Success! The data matches perfectly.
PART II
