Q: I lost my all CAS 4+ anti-theft auto keys. How can I copy new keys without key via CGDI prog BMW?
A: You need to read CAS 4+ anti-theft data and engine computer data, and load data distribution keys. Read the detailed operation guide below. Hope can help you out.
Main steps:
Step 1: CGDI PRO 9S12 read CAS4+ Immobilizer data
Step 2: CG-100 read engine ECU data
Step 3: CGDI BMW program new key
Procedures:
Step 1: CGDI PRO 9S12 read CAS4+ Immobilizer data
Remove CAS4+ module from vehicle
Disassemble cover and take out PCB
Follow the software physical wiring diagram to connect CG Pro 9S12 with CAS4+ module well
Enter CG Pro software
Read out and decrypt IMMO data successfully
Then save the data on your laptop
Note: Don’t forget to make backup before operation.
Step 2: CG-100 read engine ECU data
Open CG-100 software
Select “ECU”-> “BMW E Series”-> MEVD1724 (N20)
Follow the software physical wiring diagram to connect CG100 prog to MEVD1724 (N20) ECU
Click “Read EEPROM”
Read ECU data successfully and then save the data
CG-100 will show ISN and VIN
Note: CG-100 full version support this function
Step 3: CGDI BMW program new key
Go to CGDI BMW software
Select “CAS4 Key Match”-> Load Cas Data”
Select the IMMO data you saved on step 1 to load
The CGDI software will show relevant info
Select the key position that need to be configured, then click “Generate dealer key”, and select the way to input “ISN” code, here select “With the engine data, the next step is to load the engine data”
Now load the ISN file you saved in step 2
Put the blank key into the CGDI programmer BMW coil
Program new key successfully
Finally, put the new key to learn on your BMW and test it
Done!
