One customer updated his CG FC200 software and got the error message “ef01: open device failure” and “The device is not licensed for this language…” as shown in the figures below.

Do not plug the 12V power supply into the FC200 ECU Programmer during operation!
Reconnect the USB cable between the device and the computer to identify, and then open the FC200 software to use.
The problem should be solved.
