Chevrolet Sonic ACDelco E83 ECM can be successfully cloned by CG FC200 Programmer on Bench.
Procedure:
1. Select ECU Model:
Choose Acdelco E83 MPC5565 ECU in the FC200 software.
2. Check Wiring Diagram:
Review the wiring diagram for proper connection.
3. Connect to Original ECM:
Connect the CG FC200 programmer to the original ECM.
Read and save the VIN.
4. Read and Save EXT Flash Data:
Read and save the EXT Flash data from the original ECM.
5. Disconnect Original ECM:
Once the data is saved, disconnect the original ECM from the programmer.
6. Connect to Donor ECM:
Connect the CG FC200 ECU Programmer to the donor ECM using the same wiring as the original ECM.
7. Write Flash Data:
Write the saved flash data to the donor ECM.
The process is completed successfully.
8. Final Step:
Install the cloned donor ECM into the vehicle.
Test to confirm the ECM functions properly in the vehicle.
