One customer cannot open the CG100 software after upgrading, even after re-downloading and installing it. The device had a BIBI sound when plugged in.

Plug and unplug the device
Check if the window is flashing to determine whether the driver is installed.
Plug and unplug if there is no flash is the driver did not go up, recommend replacing the computer USB port or wiring harness.
