What You Need?

CG100 Main Unit

EEPROM Adapter

Chip soldering board

BMW Airbag Module

Screwdriver

Tweezers

 

Procedures:

Connect CG100 III programmer to your laptop and run CG100 software to select “Airbag”

Select “European car”–>”BMW”–>”65.77-9122500″–>”95640″

Now it will show you the instruciton

 

Now remove the BMW airbag module shell,you will see the PCB

 

Now remove the 95640 chip from PCB

 

Solder it on chip soldering board

 

Plug chip soldering board on EEPROM adapter then,install them on CG100 III

Click “Start” button to continue

 

You can save the chip data file on your laptop to make a backup

After saving file,click “OK”,then it will start repair airbag data automatically.

 

Repairing succeeded!

Now just solder 95640 chip back to airbag module PCB,and install airbag module back on your vehicle.
