Tutorial: CGDI Prog MB add keyless go key to 2011 Benz S350 W216.
Preparation:
Benz S350 W216 year 2011
One original key+ one keyless go key
Laptop
Operation:
1.Connect CGDI MB programmer with the vehicle via OBD cable and connect to computer via USB cable
2.Read EIS first, it’s W216
3.Collect the data-> calculate the password
-Select other key option
-Insert the original key into the ignition
-Plug the original key into CGDI MB programmer
-Insert the original key into the ignition again and wait for 10 seconds
-Take out the key and insert again
– Plug the original key into CGDI MB tool again
When the data has been collected, save it
4.Save the data successfully-> Upload data
Query the result, calculate password successfully
5.Read EIS data again-> save EIS data
6.Load EIS file-> generate
Generate key successfully
7.Plug the keyless go key into the CGDI MB programmer coil to read
Erase the key
Open the file and choose 41 format file to write
8.When the new key has been written successfully, put the key into ignition to learn.
The indicator light on the key will be on for 3 seconds and be off, it indicates that reading the key successfully.
9.Turn on the ignition switch
Install back the one button start and check whether it can work or not
If it cannot work, use the CGDI prog MB to change the key frequency.
Then read key again to confirm the key frequency has been changed successfully.
Finally, test the remote, one button start, car door keyless, etc.
